This is a Reiki level I class designed specifically for children and includes learning the history of Usui Reiki, chakras, energy, meditation and a Reiki attunement. Snacks and finger foods are provided.

This class is designed for children; giving them tools to help cope and soothe themselves as they grow and navigate any challenges they may have. They will learn meditation and be able to give themselves Reiki. Please note: Discount given for siblings.
