This evening will begin with a gentle meditation to open the heart so you can reconnect to your inner quiet.  You will then be bathed in waves of angelic healing sound as your spirit is held in the arms of unconditional love.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything that will help you settle in and be comfortable.  Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in.  Late arrivals will not be admitted after the meditation has begun.

Feel your heart and soul awaken as you reconnect with your soul and natural rhythm.  We will all participate in a moving heart opening meditation; allowing your body and mind to become grounded and settled.

As your body and mind settle, feel yourself move into a deep state of relaxation as you are carried away on waves of sound from the Chakra Overtone Drum. We will round out out  our evening in a circle with cacao.
