Reiki class for children - ages 5-12 TBA

Class Fee: $150.00 - discount for siblings

This is a Reiki level I class designed specifically for children and includes the history of Usui Reiki, learn what a chakra is and how it can affect their energy. We will discuss the energy in people plants and animals. They will have a guided Meditation and a Reiki attunement. Workbook, snacks and finger foods are provided.

This class offers children tools to help build their coping skills as well as a mechanism for them to calm and self soothe as they grow and navigate any challenges they may have. They will learn meditation and be able to give Reiki to themselves, their pets and family members.

Conscious Breathing - Class fee - $45.00

This is a group setting class or private session can be arranged. We will have a discussion on what happens to the body when we don't breathe correctly and also bring awareness as to just how often we don't breathe at all. Several breathing techniques will be demonstrated followed by a guided mediation using those techniques to balance all of our energy centers.

Reiki Level I - March 24 - 25, 2023 9:00 am- 3:00pm

This beginning level Reiki I training is a 2 day class. We will study Reiki methods taught by the founder, Dr. Mikao Usui and the teacher who brought Reiki to the western culture, Mrs. Hawayo Takata. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration, meditation, and practice time. Each student will practice giving Reiki and receiving a full session.

• The origin and history of Reiki
• The healing nature of Reiki energy
• Receive a Level I attunement
• The complete hand placement system: for yourself and others
• Gassho meditation
• Byosen scanning
• Kenoku: cleansing your energy
• Incorporating Reiki level I into your daily life and work schedule.

Reiki Level II - TBA

Reiki II training is a 2 day comprehensive class in both the Japanese and Western methods of Reiki. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration, meditation, and practice time. Each student will be give and receive treatments with every technique presented.

The following subjects are taught:
• Reiki symbols and working with them
• Healing unwanted habits
• Long distance healing, 2 methods
• Receive Level II attunements

• The 3 pillars of Reiki: Gassho, Reiji-ho, and Chiryo
• Kenyoku: cleansing your energy field
• Koki-ho: using Reiki with healing breath
• Gyoshi-ho: sending Reiki with your eyes
• Jacki-Kiri joka-ho: clearing negative energy from an object
• Hayashi Healing Guide
• Incorporating level II Reiki into your daily life and work.
• Becoming a Reiki Practitioner
• Reiki in Hospitals

Advanced Reiki Training requirements:
You must have been practicing at a Reiki Level II for a minimum of 6 months. Please provide a photo copy of your level I and level II certificates. Your Class workbook will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit.

This 3rd Level, Advanced Reiki Training, is a 2 day comprehensive class including lecture, discussion, demonstration, meditation, and practice time. Each student will be giving and receiving treatments several times

Massage Therapists - 12 CE Credits

The state of Washington requires that all massage therapists earn 20 Credit Education Units every 2 years for continuing education.

Reiki instruction qualifies for this requirement. Two day classes for each level are thorough and complete. Meaningful Reiki instruction cannot be given in just a few hours. There are 3 separate levels of Reiki that can earn CEUs for each level taken. This instruction will allow you to integrate the benefits of Reiki into your massage treatments which can enhance the overall results of massage.

Each level includes:
• A training weekend of two 6 hour days of instruction – 12 hours total

You will also have continued access to monthly Reiki Circles to your strengthen your skills and offer you an opportunity to stay connected within your Reiki community.
